Tour Regulations
General Information
To assure a smooth flow and for organizational reasons we kindly ask you to be at the Adventure Park and Hotel Vista Golfo 30 minutes before your tour starts. Please inform us if you might be late. To be optimal prepared for our tours we recommend a t-shirt, solid closed shoes, pants, swimming suit and insect repellant as well as sun blocker. Moreover especially in the rainy season we advise also clothes for changing.
Please notice: All the ranges, numbers and data listed below are benchmarks. We always try to give everybody the chance to attend our tours. But we know best which requirements are necessary. Everybody is invited to give it a chance but we hope for your understanding that the final decicion is ours.

Payment Options
PayPal: This common system allows a safe and secure transfer of money without exposing your private details to us at any time. If you choose this offer we kindly ask for a small deposit of 25% of your booking amount. During the Easter Week and Christmas we kindly ask for a deposit of 50% 14 days before the service date.
The deposit will be charged:
We will kindly ask for a small deposit of 25% after all the details are clear. This deposit counts as final confirmation. During Easter Week / Christmas (20/12 to 10/01) we will kindly ask for a deposit of 50% 14 days before the service date.The difference is being charged at our lodge. Please do not transfer any money in advance. We will send you an application for payment. For early booking (> 3 months in advance) we offer a discount of 15%.
Credit Card Authorization Form:
After receiving the Credit Card Authorization Form from us please fill out the gaps and send it back to us via e-mail or fax. We will charge only a small deposit of 25%. During the Easter Week and Christmas we will charge a deposit of 50% 14 days before the service date.
The deposit will be charged:
I.) After receiving your signed Credit Card Authorization Form which counts as final confirmation we will charge
the 25% deposit.
II.) During Easter Week / Christmas (20/12 to 10/01) we charge the 50% deposit 14 days before the service date.
The difference is being charged at our resort.
Terms of cancelation
To give the best service and make booking with us as easy as possible we do not have further cancelation fees. We would like to keep this policies for organizing our tours as good as possible for every of our customers. For that reason we request a short response that you cancel the stay or tour with us.

We assess for every confirmed booking with us (Adventure Park & Hotel Vista Golfo) the following cancelation fees:
I.) Every cancelation of a confirmed reservation:
25% cancelation fee
II.) During Easter Week and Christmas:
25% cancelation fee for every confirmed reservation
50% cancelation fee within 14 days and less prior to reservation date
